Scholarship Redemption Scholarship Redemption Form CONGRATULATIONS on receiving the Lifelong Learning Administration Corporation Annual Scholarship. 2021-2022 scholarships may be redeemed until June 30, 2023. 2022-2023 scholarships may be redeemed until June 30, 2024. LLAC scholarships will be made payable to the accredited post-secondary institution of your choice. To redeem your scholarship, you must provide all requested information below and upload your CURRENT verification of enrollment. PLEASE NOTE: Class schedules, admission records and/or contract from the college are NOT acceptable for “Verification of Enrollment”.
